Good Evening BBQ Fanatics…We are excited to announce that we have added another food truck to the SmokeDatt fleet!
This new addition allows us to now provide food truck service for smaller events (30-150 people), corporate lunch events, and residential events where space is a concern.

Our new PitMaker Vault Smoker was installed yesterday! Our new unit is a true wood smoker and not a propane assisted unit. You can taste the difference!
