We’ve made it to the midpoint of the year, but it feels like mid-June arrived in the blink of an eye, doesn’t it? 🤯 June holds a special significance for me as it’s our anniversary month. This year, we celebrate Ianna Rose’s 4th year of existence (though one of those years was spent on sabbatical to cherish precious moments with my munchkin).

Our 4th year has been filled with numerous firsts-booking our first corporate event, our first destination wedding , 2 of them to be precise - among many others. I’m deeply grateful!

I’m still here. Still learning. Full of Gratitude. Full of Grace! Content!!! And Contentment still I crave.

I don’t really make resolutions but I’ve learnt that life is full of change and transitions. So this year, I’m leaning into the unknown, learning that change is ok.

This is new for me but I’m ready to lean in, learning along the way.

When you have a consultation with a bride and she sends you her Pinterest board and her wedding invitation inspo was your actual wedding invitation 😍

A New Week is upon us!
I had an incredible last week spring summit. Was in the midst of some amazing educators and had so many mind-blowing moments. I’m still lost for words but know that your doodles will be on my wall 😊. your tips on brand shoots were much needed; best believe that I’ll be implementing all of them.

Introduction Wednesday!

Hello! My name is Anna Maria and I’m the owner and creative director at Ianna Rose Events.
I am a social scientist by education but after several years in the hospitality industry, working for luxury hotels in Washington, D.C., planning and designing weddings including mine, I realized that I wanted to start my own company so I became certified in Meeting, Event & Conference Management. I then registered and launched Ianna Rose in 2020. Yes, she’s a baby, my baby!

I’ve always loved planning events but my love for flowers started as a little girl, growing up with my grandmother. My evening chore was to ensure our flower garden, (and it wasn’t a small garden)and the envy of the neighborhood, was watered during the week and on weekends, we will trim and create beautiful arrangements for the week. This is where my knowledge of flowers and creativity stems from.

My aim for Ianna Rose Events is not just to be well known for events or designs that we create but for an exemplary customer service that we strive to provide our clients.

When I’m not working, I love spending quality time with my husband, chatting it up with my girls, traveling, reading, catching up on shows, dressing up (pre covid-19), and figuring out this social media tech world. 😊

I love chai tea latte and I’m obsessed with pink. There’s a shade of pink for everything, ask my husband 😂
