Exciting things are happening in our Auditorium the next few weeks! Thanks to some most generous grant funding, our beautiful hardwood floors are being repaired and refinished from wall to wall. The original red oak floorboards will remain, but this is what they look like after a quick sanding. What color stain should we go with in the end? Should we keep the original rich darker color, but tone down the orange a bit? Go light, bright and natural, as shown here after sanding? Or, somewhere in between? Cast your vote!

We've got a fun summer lineup for next Friday's Movie Night! It's nice and cool in the Auditorium, with seating on the hardwood floor or at your own private table. Come watch one, or watch them all! Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks or dinner, and we'll have free popcorn and cold drinks at the snack bar as always. Movie times are listed below:

Movie Night is BACK!! First one is set for next Friday June 13 from 4 to 7 p.m., we'll be showing a fun double feature to kick off summer. "The Super Mario Bros. Movie" starts at 4, and "A Minecraft Movie" starts at 5:30. All ages welcome, feel free to bring your own dinner and snacks if you'd like! Find a spot at a table or spread out on the hardwood floor, your choice. We'll have free popcorn and ice water as always, and we'll also have some treats, candy and popcicles available for purchase at the snack bar. Wishing you all a great last day of school at Sherman! 🎉

They're a lot of fun, and it's a great way to connect with other parents who might be dealing with the same sorts of struggles and successes you are.
