We spend countless mornings scouring local farms, roadside stands, and hidden gems across the Hudson Valley searching for produce that feels special — the perfect heirloom tomatoes, unique squash varieties, beautiful herbs, tiny peppers, wild mushrooms, and ingredients that inspire us the moment we see them.
Our bountiful harvest table is designed to be part of the experience — overflowing seasonal ingredients displayed right in front of your guests. Nothing hidden away in a kitchen. Nothing disconnected from the moment.
As the evening unfolds, we hand-pick ingredients directly from the table and bring them straight to the open fire grills.
