Hey friends!!
Here’s a few updates-
Plumbing is done
Water meter is set
Gas is run and meter is set
Parking lot has been graveled very well
Menu has been finalized
Electrical starts next week
*as soon as menu is formatted, I will release it for viewing.
Beautification starts very soon!!

Hey friends!
We’ve been busy and not posted much lately, but all that is about to change.
Friday at 10am, we will no longer be ROANE County residents and we become fully, Morgan County residents!!
We will be working a lot more at the cafe and no longer having to go back to Harriman.
Behind the scenes-
Exploring menu offerings
Refining gluten free options
Acquiring equipment
Picking out color palettes
All the things, so that when we get power, we can kick it in turbo and get it up and serving MOCO!
Keep holding on, keep watching the progress and start thinking about making new friends with us, and sharing lots of laughs and food around our tables!

I’m going to start posting pics of menu options we will have!
Grilled chicken berry salad- grilled chicken . strawberries, blueberries, almonds, feta and mixed greens. Your choice of dressing and we can substitute the cheese accordingly.
