UNPOPULAR OPINION 😅
Alright we need to address an elephant in the room - dont hate us. However….
Let’s talk about 🌷garden vibe weddings🌷
We LOVE a garden wedding and we love the open air, sunshine filled, casual yet elegant feel. It’s one you can’t beat.
With that said - you 👏can’t 👏control 👏the 👏 weather 👏
So while it may feel more cost efficient to go tent-less and hope for the best, imagine inviting 250 people to your wedding that you’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars on between table-scapes, florals, and decorations - and then there is an 80% chance of rain.
You call the rental companies, but no one has a tent available to offer you at the last minute.
Now what??
I know.. It sounds like a nightmare. Absolutely terrifying.
The good news is - this problem can be solved way ahead of time! See below for our best thought options!
✨ You put a tent on reserve that is big enough to cover your event space. If the forecast is clear, you simply don’t have it installed and if the forecast is sketchy, you don’t have to stress! Yes this may feel like a waste of funds, but let’s talk about the waste of having your entire wedding drenched by a random storm and the stress of scrambling to figure out a Plan B at the last minute… you see what we are saying??
✨ You book a tent that will still offer the most lovely garden vibes and plan to have it rain or shine! • Our sailcloth is so dreamy with a translucent fabric that allows the softest, most glowy light into your event space. It has peeks at the top and flags installed that will turn your entire space into an absolute showstopper moment. Plus, you’re still surrounded by the garden views of your dreams. • Our legacy tent can be installed with clear ends and clear top fabric. Imagine that at night when the lights are glowing and you can literally dance under the stars.

Also peep this gorgeous photo by Stephanie Jenkins Photography at Seven Springs VA !! This sweet couple had a tent on reserve in case of rain to keep their guests (and decor!!) dry. They ended up having the most beautiful day, but thank goodness they had a back up plan in case it rained 😉
