JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -

• Installation and removal of tents and other rental equipment
• Loading and unloading rental delivery trucks
Cleaning rental inventory

JOB REQUIREMENTS -

• 16 year old minimum
• Active drivers license
• Ability to drive a box truck, preferred not necessary
• Ability to lift 75 lbs
• Job requires walking and lifting
• 2 forms of USA ID
• Ability to work some weekends during the busy season

What a joy to be a part of another annual Christmastown event for the Town of Warsaw! 🎄⁣
⁣
Multiple tents, heaters, tables, chairs, and thousands of lights helped make this event comfortable for the entire town. ⁣
⁣
Our crew started set up at 8am in 30 degree weather and came back for take down in the dark at 7pm to get Main Street open for traffic again. ⁣
⁣
Forever grateful for their dedication and happy to be a part of this family friendly event with the best small town feels!

Working off of good vibes, sunshine, and teamwork for today’s tent install. Setting up a 30x45 for a beautiful fall wedding at Belle Isle State Park with dance floor, tables, linens, chairs, flatware, heating, and plenty of lights with a dimmer to create a whole mood after dark ✨

It’s Urbanna Oyster Festival weekend!! Our crew has been on site for three days. 28 tents with sidewalls and so many tables and chairs- all strategically placed throughout the town. Our crew was on point this week and it was so fun seeing it all come together! Thank you so much to every customer that trusted us for their vendor space and thank you to the town for having us be a part of this festivals creation! Everyone have a safe and FUN weekend by the water!

45x104 sailcloth wrapped in sidewall to protect guests from wind and rain

40x30 Clear top tent for cocktail hour - also wrapped in sidewall to protect guests from the weather - fingers crossed they dont need it, but we have them covered if they do need it!

This event also has -
70 racks of china and glassware
1260 pieces of flatware
60 table linens
Dance floor
Stage with white stage facade
Generator on site
Lanterns hung inside the tent
Catering tent on site
3 Cocktail bars
Chairs

It took our crew 9 hours with all hands on deck but WE GOT IT DONE!!!!

Now we just hope that everyone stays dry for as long as possible…

…And we hope that our crew sleeps well tonight!

This wedding featured our sailcloth tent, wood checkered dance floor, white stage facade, and -drumroll- our sheer tent draping! ⁣⁣

This was our maiden voyage for installing the tent pole drapes and it was a labor of love but look. how. stunning!!!!!!!⁣⁣
