So much color and such fun coastal vibes with this wedding! 💐

Featuring -

Over 4600 sq feet of gorgeous, glowy tenting (the sailcloth) with lighting throughout

Our wood checkered dance floor (Classic with a coastal twist)

Stage with stage facade (Pairs so nicely with the white dance floor)

Rattan lanters (Handmade in Australia and so pretty)

An assortment of glassware for all the fun cocktails

White resin chairs that were the perfect touch for a waterfront ceremony

A huge vendor team was a part of this special (and so beautiful) day! Great work from everyone involved and a huge congrats to the happy couple!

Sailcloth tent - need we say more with that waterfront view

Lighting throughout - for all the twinkle in the nighttime photos

Black and white dance floor - classic as ever

Staging and stage facade - for a band to keep the party vibes high

2 pice curved bar - showstopper

Copper bucket - for additional grab and go drinks

Tables, chairs, linens - for comfort and asthetics

Cocktail tables - to encourage movement within your event space

Tent draping and pink bow sashes - dressing up the exterior tent poles

Gold frames - to display signature drinks at the bar

Also -
Glassware - coupe, wine, rocks, highballs, water goblets
Dinner and salad plates
Napkins to match the sashes and overall color scheme

This was a beautiful wedding with so much thought, detail, and planning from all involved. We are so grateful to have been a part of it!! Congrats to the happy couple and thank you for allowing us to be a part of your day!

It was a hot day for installs but we were SO happy to do this one for Garners Produce !!!

They’re having a fun event this weekend and if you’re local, you should absolutely check it out!!

Here are the details -

It’s a Tomato Festival (immediate yes).

Saturday 7/18 from 10am-3pm (plenty of time to get there!)

Free community event (because they have giant hearts and just want to bring the community together)

Donuts + a salsa contest + Vendors + Kid games + pick your own flowers + pick your own berries….. I could go on!

Go check them out this weekend, enjoy the festivities, and cool off in the shade from our tents while you’re there!

Actually swooning over these sneak peeks! ✨This was one wedding that our office crew said multiple times “no, the bride won’t like that.. it doesn’t match her vibe” and “oh my gosh, I have the perfect client for this new inventory! Let me send her a picture!” We worked for months in office on this celebration, executed set up perfectly with attention to detail, and these sneak peeks make us celebrate all over again! Thank you to the couple for having us and an amazing vendor team for helping make this day so beautiful!

• Installation and removal of tents and other rental equipment
• Loading and unloading rental delivery trucks
Cleaning rental inventory

JOB REQUIREMENTS -

• 16 year old minimum
• Active drivers license
• Ability to drive a box truck, preferred not necessary
• Ability to lift 75 lbs
• Job requires walking and lifting
• 2 forms of USA ID
• Ability to work some weekends during the busy season
