I received this piece of paper that literally changed the trajectory of my life for me and my family. Before being a chef became popular, when we thought $9.00 a hour for line cooks was the s**t. 30 years in this business and trusting the process, slowly honing my skills, working in the healthcare dining services for 15 years as executive chef and through those years being promoted to director of nutrition services at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Gave me the tools to lead my own company Dels Catering to be a premium catering company in northeast Ohio. I am SO thankful of the path that I have chosen. But would not have made it without GODS Graze and mercy on my life. For those that know, KNOW!!!!!!!!
Dels Catering will be having an appreciation cookout this month just to say thank you to my family, friends, and clients.
