Happy Monday!✨ I’m heading into a fun, busy week filled with 2 consultations, 2 meetings, and finalizing a timeline for a wedding this weekend!

If you’ve been following along, you might’ve noticed I’ve been slowly working on a few changes, shifting things behind the scenes to better reflect the experience KB Coordinating brings to your special day!
After a year of running KB Coordinating (and 5+ years in the wedding world), I know how much of a difference it makes to have someone real in your corner, someone who knows what to do, when to do it, and how to keep your day on track without the stress!
This change is all about making things clear and real. No trends. Just solid planning, real connection, and a calm, detailed approach that lets you actually enjoy your wedding.

You always hear about the wedding emergency kit, but what's really in it??
I get asked all the time if I provide certain items, and it’s so much more than just safety pins and hairspray!

My kit is restocked after every wedding and always available for the wedding party to use! From medicine and stain remover to personal items and a stitch gun (my favorite item😅), my EK is packed with everything we might need to keep your day running smoothly!

Your wedding, your rules! I’m all for tossing the old traditions and making your day uniquely you. Here are a few wedding traditions I love changing up to fit your vibe!

🚫 “The timeline has to stay exactly as planned”
Just because it's written down doesn't mean it's set in stone! Want to move up cake cutting and start the party early? I'm here for it!

🚫 “The wedding party has to stand beside you”
They don't! Want to have that special moment just for you and your fiancé? Your wedding party can enjoy the moment sitting beside everyone else!

🚫 “You can’t mix formal with casual”
You want a backyard BBQ wedding but black tie with a champagne tower? It's your day! (And I'm always down for a formal backyard wedding!)

🚫 “You must have a bouquet and garter toss”
This isn't for everyone and that's okay! You can skip it, dedicate your bouquet, or swap it out for something that actually fits you

No matter the idea, it’s your wedding! The best weddings are the ones that feel authentically you. My job is always to bring it to life, creating a day that’s true to your love story🩷

How fun is this guest book idea!🎨
At this wedding, guests doodled their faces on a poster to show off their personalities! It was such a fun and unique way to get everyone involved.

There are so many different guest book ideas to choose from, whether you go with an audio guest book, polaroid prints, or even a classic guest book, it’s always worth having something special to look back on!
