🚖 FLAGSHIP TRAVEL TIPS — WEDNESDAY EDITION ⚓

Don't Let Transportation Become a Roadblock!

One of the challenges of traveling in Midcoast Maine is the limited availability of transportation services.

Unlike larger cities, Uber and Lyft availability can be unpredictable in our area, and local taxi services can become overwhelmed during periods of high demand.

Whether you're planning an airport trip, heading out for a special evening, attending an event, or simply need a ride across town, planning ahead can make all the difference!

At Flagship Taxi, we encourage customers to schedule their transportation well in advance whenever possible. We accept reservations weeks or even months ahead, helping you secure transportation before your travel day arrives.

Don't wait until the last minute to discover that finding a ride may be harder than you expected!

Request your reservation anytime, 24/7, at www.flagshiptaxi.com. Reservations are subject to availability and confirmed by Flagship Taxi.

Silly Moose! Skipper was spotted at one of his favorite places to visit today. Have you visited the Owls Head Transportation Museum? What is your favorite thing at the museum?

When it first opened, it was little more than a grassy hillside with a stage. Now, it is one of New England's premiere concert venues.

🫎⚓ MONDAYS WITH SKIPPER — EPISODE #1! 🚖

Skipper's Travel Tip of the Week:

"Always leave early for your destination. You never know when a moose might be blocking the road!"

Of course, Skipper would like to point out that moose are rarely blocking the road. They're simply taking their time deciding where they'd like to go. 😂

Here at Flagship Taxi, we believe arriving on time is important. Skipper agrees... although he's still working on understanding the concept of a schedule.

His motto? "Life's a journey. Don't forget to enjoy the ride!"

🫎 Skipper wants to know: Have you ever encountered a moose while driving in Maine? Tell us your story in the comments!

Until next Monday, keep smiling, travel safely, and remember...

Legendary Service is always the goal! ⚓

Let people exit first. It’s a plane, not a Black Friday sale.
Keep your feet down. Nobody paid $600 to meet your toes.
Wear headphones. Your taste in videos is already questionable. Keep it private.
Give the middle seat the armrests. You got the view or the escape route. Stop being greedy.
Recline slowly. The person behind you ordered coffee, not a lap treatment.
Stop kicking the seat. If your legs need that much activity, walk to your destination.
Control your carry-on. If you can afford three bags, you can afford to check one.
Ease up on perfume. We asked for oxygen, not a chemical personality.
Be polite to the crew. They serve drinks. They don’t control weather, time or your poor planning.
