SAT, SEPT 5: Debut alert!! 🎉 Joining us for the first time this week, we're excited to welcome singer-songwriter and CMA Country music artist George Becker. Please give him our customary warm Albert Hall style welcome. 👏🎶 George will be the fourth of five bands, meaning the whole last hour of our show is Country music this week. George Becker is a singer - songwriter and CMA country music touring - recording artist! Proud To Be An American.... George has had a four decade musical journey landing him straight in the heart of country. His writing over the years has been a perfect flow into his country crossover, based on early southern rock roots. To him genres are meant to be crossed and music is all about passion! He has released two full length albums and numerous digital single releases putting him well on his way with a collective 4 million streams. His energetic live performances solidify his place in the country music world. He is largely influenced by Eric Church, Brantley Gilbert and Luke Combs as well as Aerosmith, the Stones and so many more. His original songwriting has a Folk/storytelling style, often inspired by people he’s met along the way and delivered with warmth and a dash of humor. Always an enjoyable set, and we’re happy to have him back! 😊

Well, this was a nice surprise at the end of a long week! 😊 We just found out that Albert Music Hall has been nominated in the Ocean County Community's Choice Awards!

We’re so grateful to those who took the time to nominate the Hall, and to the whole community that supports us. There are so many excellent places to enjoy live music in our area, and it means a lot to us to be included on this list... looking at the other nominees, we’re in good company! ♥🎶

Catching up after a busy week, we have some clips to share from our fantastic Writers’ Round edition of Songwriters in the Pines last Wednesday! 🎶

Our region has so much songwriting talent, and we were so happy with how this show came together that we’re already excited to plan more in this format. It was especially fun to see our musicians jamming along to each other’s original songs and sharing the stage — just a terrific night of music, creativity, and collaboration.

Thank you so much to everyone who joined us for this special show, and especially to our songwriters for sharing their music and stories with us.

Saturday is here again, you know what that means... we have an excellent 3 hour show with a 6pm start tonight. It includes a bunch of Bluegrass in the second half - we know we have a lot of Bluegrass fans!! 🎉🪕🎻🎶 Also, if you're attending the New Jersey Folk Festival today, please drop by our table in the Heritage Area and say hello to our volunteers! SAT, AUG 29: Opening our show at 6pm this week we'll be welcoming back singer-songwriter Todd Bailey. He has a unique sound and pickin' style that blends Americana, Country, Folk and Rock.
