Clients! ✨
We are having quite a few people not read/follow our contract, as well as not take care of our items. Which is pretty upsetting! So I thought it was worth a shot to share some important reminders here to try & prevent them from happening in the future! 💗

• We do not allow nails, staples, screws or anything that will leave permanent damage.
(S hooks, zip ties, wire, command strips recommended for attaching florals, signs, etc)

• We only allow flameless plastic candles in our vases. (No water, real wax pillar candles/floating candles/tea lights)

• If items are returned with any damage/holes/candle wax/stains/etc. you will be charged a fee.

• Also, if you return our items past your rental timeframe, a late fee will be issued per day they are late.

Thank you all for your support & understanding! Most of our clients take good care of our items & are honest when things do happen. I greatly appreciate that!! 🥰❤️
