🖐​Proven hands-on experience in a retail flower shop or event floral environment.
🧠​Strong knowledge of flower care, seasonal availability, and floral design techniques.
⏱️​Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during major floral holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.).
🗣​Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills.
