The Delaware County Fair in Walton, New York is one of the largest agricultural fairs in the state. For six days each summer, fairgoers enjoy everything from livestock shows to live entertainment, rides, and food—cows to cotton candy and everything in between! Saddle up for a summer of fast turns, flying dirt, and family fun at the Delaware County Fairgrounds in Walton!

The Delaware County Benefit Barrel Races return with four exciting shows in 2026: June 20, July 18, September 5, and October 3. Competitors of all ages and experience levels are welcome, with divisions ranging from Lead Line and Walk/Trot to Open and Green Horse.

And while you're marking your calendars, don't forget the 139th Delaware County Fair, coming August 17–22, 2026. It's another great way to enjoy the fairgrounds and support our agricultural community all summer long.

Memorial Day is about honoring the men and women who gave their lives in service to this country. Their sacrifice is the reason we’re able to gather, celebrate, and enjoy traditions like the Delaware County Fair each summer.

As we head into the season, we don’t take that for granted.

🚜 Wheels of Agriculture is back for its 3rd year at the Delaware County Fair 🎡🚜

This high-energy, interactive game show brings agriculture to life—right on stage. Spin the wheel, answer trivia, win prizes, and learn something along the way. From animals and crops to food and farming, it’s fast-paced, fun, and built for all ages.

It’s one of those shows where kids jump in, adults get competitive, and everyone walks away knowing a little more about where things come from.

Catch it daily at the fair—this one always draws a crowd.
