Come alone or bring a friend! Having a work out partner will hold you both accountable to attending classes. I have group texts where at times I text bright & early and say GET UP, Let’s go! This helps you be accountable and your friends! If you’ve don’t have someone to join you, that’s okay! I’ll hold you accountable! Start making your plans to start next week!

Next week starting January 5th, you can come try class FREE! I will be running a special for the month of January. Normal pricing is $55 month unlimited classes or $7 per class.

Well here we are starting a NEW YEAR! Many of you will set one of your New Year’s resolutions to losing weight or becoming healthier! So one way to do both of those is joining us at the REC for some of our awesome classes! We offer group classes for women of all ages and all levels! If you’ve been wanting to start, why wait? We would LOVE to have you join us! We post our weekly work out schedule every Sunday afternoon. We offer kickboxing, weights, Zumba, Dance 2Fit, Step, Golden Girls, Drums Alive and looking into starting some Yoga classes! So grab a partner or come alone, we will all get healthier together!
