One of the sweetest parts of Beyond Our Roots is getting to work alongside my family.

There is something so special about standing beside my girl Baylee, directing weddings together. Watching her step in, take charge, love on our couples, handle the details, and help make someone‘s wedding day everything they dreamed of makes this Mama so proud.

But what you see on wedding day is only part of the story. Behind the scenes are Ron, Trey, Mawmaw, Jacob, Rainey, Rowdey, Cassy, Kylee, Brent, Xander, Clay, Riley, Kristina - working, praying, helping, moving things, fixing things, cleaning, setting up, tearing down, and doing a hundred little things that most people will never see.
They may not always be the ones standing out front, but their hands are all over this place.

Beyond Our Roots Venue may have started as a dream, but it takes a FAMILY to keep that dream going. And I never want to get so busy that I forget to recognize the people who help keep me sane and help make it all possible.

I am thankful for every chair moved, every table set, every late night, every…
“Okay, What next?” And every time they show up when we need extra hands.

This isn’t just our business. It’s part of our family’s story and where are roots continue to hold us together. ❤️
