Good afternoon on this beautiful Saturday. We are eating good at Grumpys this evening. I just took the bone in pork loin off the pit for supper tonight and wrapped the pastrami brisket to get good and tender for Mrs Grumpy to make her famous pastrami sammichs later in the week.
