Creative Concepts by Lisa, LLC With Offices in CT and MA, we service, CT, MA, NY and RI! While with Spirit I was able to work on events of 2 people to 600 people!

My philosophy of Wedding and Event Planning is simple, when the curtain goes up you get a ”standing ovation”! As a child I grew up in Westchester New York and then graduated from The Boston Conservatory, where I have spent my life surrounded by design, theatre, and a feeling that any dream can come true, you just need the right team to make it happen. I have Directed, Choreographed, Performed, and Designed hundreds of shows giving me an outside the box approach to create events of all shapes and sizes with all types of budgets! While in school I began a long career working with Spirit Entertainment Cruises where I worked for many years in many capacities: Starting as a Performing Waitress and working up through Cruise Director, Event Planner, Wedding Planner, Sales Manager, and Entertainment Coordinator. My creative and innovative style combine my with boundless energy, and integrity, provide you with a fresh approach to planning. My planning abilities stretch to all styles of events, including, Weddings, Birthdays, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Quinceanera Parties, Corporate Parties, Non-Profit Galas or Fundraisers, Outdoor Events, Launch Parties and more! I have a simple goal, to bring my clients own sense of style to life! With my guidance to lead the way I truly am here to assist you in making your event truly your own. 🎶 “I don’t really wanna do the work today…” 🎶

It’s officially time for a little break! ☀️

Creative Concepts By Lisa will be closing Friday, July 3 at 3:00 PM and will reopen on Wednesday, July 8.

During this time, I will be completely unplugging to enjoy some much-needed downtime before we head into the busiest part of our wedding season. I won’t be checking emails, messages, or voicemails, and I truly appreciate your patience while I recharge.

Once we’re back, I’ll respond to all emails and calls as quickly as possible during our normal business hours.

Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support—it means the world to me!

🎉 Allow Us to Introduce Ourselves! 🎉

For those of you who saw my team and me marching in the parade on Saturday, June 20, in Wallingford, Connecticut, we wanted to take a moment to officially say hello and introduce ourselves to the community!

You saw members of my team marching alongside me, as well as six of our incredible past couples. It was truly special to have them join us, representing not only the weddings and events we’ve had the honor of being part of, but also the families they’ve grown into over the years. Their continued support means the world to us and is a beautiful reminder that our clients become part of our extended family—now and always.

We are excited to be part of Wallingford after moving here and opening our doors in February 2026. 📍 You’ll find us at 9 S. Creative Concepts By Lisa LLC was established in 2008 in Hamden, Connecticut, as a full-service event planning and design company, helping clients create unforgettable weddings, celebrations, and special events.
In 2013, I became a Connecticut Justice of the Peace and an ordained minister, allowing me to perform marriage ceremonies throughout Connecticut and New England.
💍 In September 2025, we expanded by opening Creative Consignment CT, a wedding and event consignment shop that offers a wonderful way to buy and sell event décor, wedding items, formalwear, and more at affordable prices.
Our shop is filled with unique treasures—from beautiful lanterns and wedding décor to stylish dresses for summer parties, special occasions, and everyday finds. You don’t need a special event on your calendar to discover something amazing in our store!
