Well hello there!

Our maiden voyage at the new spot was a awesome!!! Solid turnout, cool neighbors so far, and quite the dose of nostalgia being back on wheels!
We will be holding interviews for new cooks and window folks this week, so feel free to swing by the restaurant or trailer if you're looking for work.
Pay is minimum wage plus tips on the window and DOE on the grill.
For now, hours for window will be 11-1:30
Cook will be 10-2.

I say for now, because once it becomes a familiar fixture, we will open up for dinner as well!

Ever wanted to work on a bad ass food truck??
Well now is your chance!

Cooks, window workers, and prep cooks needed!

COOKING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED if you're applying to be a cook. You'll be mostly left to your own devices once the crew is trained up, so self motivated people are desired! Pay is DOE plus tips!

Positions will be full or very nearly full time.

The trailer does have an A/C, so you're not just going to be suffering in a hot metal box. Granted... it gets warm, but nothing crazy unbearable.

If you're interested, stop by the restaurant (430 W. Main) and ask for Kelly, Jencie, or Liz.

Would like to see the trailer staffed and operational within the month!
