Originally from the Bay Area, Liam joined our team last year and quickly became someone everyone looked forward to working with.

Over the past year, Liam has become such a special part of our team. His kindness, humility, and upbeat spirit made him someone everyone looked forward to working with. Whether he was helping a teammate, jumping in wherever needed, or sharing laughs with the servers and backwaiters, Liam brought a positive energy to every day. As a fun side note, Liam’s favorite item on the menu is our bar manager David’s signature margarita.🍹His presence will be missed just as much as his hard work.
Pictured here alongside his mom, who we think deserves at least a little credit for raising such a wonderful human. ❤️ Liam’s character, work ethic, kindness, and genuine care for others are qualities that don’t go unnoticed, and we’re grateful to have had him as part of our team.
This summer, he’ll be heading to Seattle to work and save for his next adventure in Dublin this fall. 🌏✈️While we’re excited to see what the future holds for him, we’re certainly going to miss seeing him around the restaurant.
Liam, thank you for everything you’ve brought to our team. We are grateful for the time we’ve had with you, proud of all you’ve accomplished, and excited for all that’s ahead. Congratulations on an incredible achievement. We know this is only the beginning of great things to come. 😊
