We will also have a special dinner option with your choice of meat coleslaw and dauphinoise potatoes.

Also available will be smoked polish sausage and sour-kraut.

First time Knuckle sandwich turned out great! Hope all who tried it enjoyed it. I’m looking forward to making it even better for next weekend.

We will be back out this coming Saturday, August 12th with more Brisket, Pork and Knuckle sandwiches.
