Looking frosty at the old cookhouse location, now home to the Cabot Loft, Air B and B.

We'd welcome the right winter renter for a 2-3 month stay!

It's a great space with parking, snow/ trash removal et all.. Plenty cozy and warm, fully furnished and with nice natural light . Its got good wifi and a dedicated work station. All utilities included in the rent. Not for kids or pets. 1 person or 1 couple is perfect.

Air rentals are slower for us in the winter...know anyone who may need a late winter stay for February/ March/April?
