Update on the barn-
-We have received agricultural exemption approval from the county
-loan for final improvements and fire code stuff has been submitted. Praying for approval 🤞🏻

As soon as I have word of loan approval, I will start taking rentals. Thanks for sticking with us on this journey and through the delays. We want to do everything right and legal.

I think you will love the improvements we have planned… landscaping, covered outdoor pavallion, big beautiful pasture in the valley (hopefully with Scottish highlands 🤞🏻), a new roof and updated exterior, cleaning up and finishing the barn floor, ect…

For those interested, the barn is between wakeman and Birmingham on West road. The barn is 75x30 and comfortably holds 200. Has the best river valley view!
