I saw our previous Mayor Vivian and the new Mayor Ben all come through the Town hosted a Woman and Minority owned business expo. To be honest I was not sure what to expect but the people came through and I was so pleased to share my story and the evolution of Sips N Scoops.

Rainy skies didn’t stand a chance today at the Brunch & Learn at The Pavilion at Carriage Farm 🌧️💍

Even with the drizzle, couples still showed up excited to see what’s possible at this stunning wedding venue—and honestly, it was the perfect reminder that the right space (and the right team) makes any weather work.

One thing I love about The Pavilion at Carriage Farm is they’re always adding more value for their couples and guests. Today we got to hear about what’s coming next, including:
✨ a new covered patio (hello, weather-proof cocktail hour!)
✨ a chapel currently being built for even more ceremony options and an elevated guest experience

But my favorite part? Getting to meet so many sweet couples and actually see their story—watching them point out their family photos from their wedding day while the venue was set up was such a special full-circle moment. You could feel the memories in the space. 🤍

Chapel Hill showed OUT today 😍🏡✨ We had the sweetest time at a Toll Brothers open house where they truly rolled out the red carpet for their clients—amazing catered bites, hot cocoa + cookies, ice cream sandwiches, fresh flower bouquets, and even a Build-A-Bear station for the kiddos! 🧸🍪🍫🍦💐
So many families came through, and there really was something for everyone. The best part? Watching people slow down, explore the home, and picture what celebrations could look like in that backyard. Backyard parties, birthday moments, holiday gatherings… you could feel the memories loading. 🥹🌿🎉
