Hi y’all! Today, Saturday May 30, Waitsfield has a couple great events! Bring your whole family down to . In the field around back, is hosting an event showcasing the trades in the area, inspiring the next generation to get into the trades! On a personal note, I don’t think there is anything quite as rewarding than being able to say, “I made this” or “I built this with my own hands”. It’s incredibly rewarding! 💪👷🏿👷🏾‍♀️👷🏽‍♂️📏📐🧑‍🎨🧱👩🏻‍🏭👨🏽‍🔧👩🏼‍🏭🛠️🪚 We will be at this awesome event ALL DAY!! 10-5. Because it starts this morning, we are making my favorite meal of the day! We will be serving breakfast sandwiches with our homemade sourdough rolls, our wood smoked brisket or pork, cheddar cheese and egg. We hope you enjoy!! We will also have COFFEE and , which showcases one of our catering options for events, hot beverages! We hope you enjoy our display, drinks and food and maybe you’ll book us for your next event! The second awesome event in town is the local farmers market , so whether you’re coming from or going to the market, stop by and see us too! The event is free to enter and not far from the market.
We know it’s cold and grey but we have hot food and drinks! 💪💪💪let’s get our kids building and making and creating!!!

This is definitely not a fancy food photo, but had to share…the beauty of Vermont Spring is these absolutely delectable green wild leaves - Ramps. Sweet, garlicky goodness, that is so highly protected that my own mother-in-law, who foraged these, cannot even tell me where she got them!! I respect that. 😉 if you have the greatest honor of receiving these, enjoy with the deepest gratitude and know that you have just tasted one of the most fleeting flavors of the year! I know I will be savoring every last bite for the next couple meals. 😊 And maybe pair with a good Chardonnay from 😉

Come see us at the South End Get Down this Friday (8/15) 5:00pm - 9:00pm! We’re so excited we got to be a part of it this year! Fitting in just one day in between all our weddings happening this year! 😅 we can’t wait to meet all the new faces and see all of you loyal fans!
