Installation Team Member (Delivery/Pick Up)
At Artisan Events Maui, our Installation Team Members play a crucial role in creating exceptional experiences for our clients. As one of the first faces seen on event day and the last impression left behind, our installers embody professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. They work seamlessly with teammates to deliver, set up, and strike our rental inventory safely and efficiently, ensuring every piece is handled with care.
This role requires a strong sense of responsiblity, problem-solving skills, and a team-focused attitude. A successful team member anticipates customer and team needs, upholds our brand's integrity, and maintains a high standard of quality and safety in every task.
Key Responsibilities:
-Follow directions from the Installation Lead to ensure timely and precise deliveries and pickups.
-Work efficiently to complete event setups and breakdowns within scheduled timeframes.
-Handle and transport rental inventory with care, ensuring proper loading, unloading, and material handling to prevent damage.
-Inspect all items upon pickup, noting any stains, breakage, missing pieces, or damage, and report findings to the Installation Lead.
-Respect and adhere to venue rules and regulations, treating all properties with professionalism and care.
-Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
-If driving, maintain a clean driving record and follow company vehicle guidelines.
-Assist with warehouse duties as needed.
