Four years ago, God brought someone into our lives who would become so much more than an employee or team member.
He brought us family.
Sarah, there truly aren't enough words to express how much you mean to Tom, me, and the entire Patio on the Hill family.
Thank you for four incredible years.
Thank you for believing in this dream, for showing up when we needed you, for loving this place as if it were your own, and for pouring your heart into every wedding, every event, and every person who walks through our doors.
Your loyalty is rare, your heart is huge, and your compassion for others is unmatched. You have a way of making people feel seen, loved, and valued, and that's one of the many reasons we love you so much.
When I look through these pictures, I don't just see four years of working together. I see birthdays, road trips, community events, family gatherings, beach trips, adventures, and countless memories that have nothing to do with work and everything to do with friendship.
Somewhere along the way, you stopped being "our Sarah from Patio on the Hill" and simply became family.
One of the greatest blessings wasn't just gaining you—we gained your family too. We are so grateful for the love, friendship, and support we've shared over the years. Your family has become our family, and that is a gift we will never take for granted.
And let's not forget our Destin adventure. 🌴☀️ Getting to watch you experience Destin for the first time and making memories together was so much fun. One of my favorite memories will always be us parasailing together, laughing, making memories, and creating stories we'll be telling for years to come.
One of the things I love most is watching the friendships you've built along the way.
Take Sq**rt, AKA Kalie, for example. Had it not been for Patio on the Hill, the two of you may have never crossed paths. Yet today you've built a friendship and bond that means so much. Watching friendships like that grow has been one of the greatest blessings of this journey.
Looking back, it's clear God knew exactly what He was doing when He brought you into our lives.
What started as an employee became a friend.
What started as a friend became family.
And what started as a job became a lifelong bond.
And now, as we celebrate your fourth year with us, we also get to celebrate one of the most exciting chapters of your life—your engagement to sweet Tanner. ❤️
We are beyond excited for the two of you and cannot wait to celebrate your wedding day. As a wedding venue, we've witnessed hundreds of love stories, but this one feels different.
Because this isn't just another wedding.
It's your wedding.
And we couldn't be more excited.
