POLICY***

LIABILITY
We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience with our party rentals. To ensure this, we kindly request that you refer to our safety guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding that once the equipment is set up, Traveling Teepees will not be held liable for any accidents, personal injuries, or loss of property.

SAFETY POLICY
We always appreciate the enthusiasm of kids and their siblings during tent setup. To ensure everyone's safety, we kindly request that an adult directly supervise children under the age of 10 while we are setting up the rental. Additionally, we kindly request that pets are not present in the party space once party supplies is present in your home. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

It's important to note that inflatable air mattresses are commonly used as beds, but it's crucial to keep in mind the safety guidelines provided by the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission. According to their recommendations, it's important to ensure that children under the age of 15 months are not allowed to sleep on inflatable air mattresses, as there is a potential risk of suffocation to the infant. To ensure the safety of all guests, we kindly request that you also comply with this guideline and ensure that no children under the age of 15 months are sleeping on the tent air mattresses.

*Jumping on mattresses is not allowed.
*Do not engage in rough housing inside or near the tents. The tents are made of fragile materials such as wood and plastic, which can break and cause injury.


CANCELLATION POLICY
We want to confirm that the $50 of your $100 deposit fee for your party is non-refundable. However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise, and in the rare event that we must cancel your party date due to an emergency, we will be happy to refund your deposit along with any amount already paid toward your party balance. We will keep you informed in case such a situation arises. In case you face a situation where one of your guests cancels after the deposit has been paid, please note that our policy does not allow refunds per guest tents.

We kindly request that you make use of our cancellation policy to keep us informed of any changes or cancellations to your party as soon as possible. We completely understand that things may come up unexpectedly, and we are more than willing to work with you to reschedule your party for another date based on our availability calendar at that time. We want to make sure that your party is a success and will do our best to accommodate any changes in your plans.

Your party date is not confirmed until the $100 deposit is made.

Please keep in mind that the remaining balance for your party must be paid in full no later than 7 days before your party date, following the payment of your deposit. If for any reason the balance is not paid by this deadline, regrettably we may have to cancel your party and we will keep half of your deposit. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

COVID POLICY
We understand that in stopping the spread of COVID-19, plans must be postponed. As a small business, we take great care to ensure that all linens are thoroughly sanitized in fragrance free, hypoallergenic detergent after each use. Trays and other accessories are cleaned and disinfected before being carefully stored and loaded for delivery in pristine condition. Moreover, we strive to be well-prepared with the inventory for your chosen theme, so that you can enjoy your special day without any worries.

PREPARING FOR YOUR EVENT DATE
Preparedness policy: We will work with host of party to accommodate a time for setup day of party. Please ensure that the furniture is moved and the space is clean before we arrive. Each tent is approximately 4 feet in width and 75 inches in length. The day after the slumber party, we will arrive between 10 AM - 12 PM to pack up. Please do not attempt to move any equipment on the day of or the day after the event. Additionally, kindly avoid trying to help with packing items on the following day.


PETS
We cherish the companionship of our beloved pets! To ensure their utmost safety and a smooth party setup, kindly keep them away from the tent space during set up or pick up. We would really appreciate also, if you could thoughtfully make sure that your furry friends stay away from the party area, that would be great! From our experience, having pets around can sometimes lead to accidents and damages. Also, let's work together to create a spotless party space by removing any pet hair beforehand. Thank you!

POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We are always glad to see that our clients have fully enjoyed the tent sites when we come to pick them up the next morning. As a small business, we take extra time and care to ensure the quality of our rental inventory for every client without having to increase our rental rates.

We would like to remind you that jumping on the tent beds is strictly prohibited. This is a necessary precaution we take to ensure the safety of our guests and prevent any damage to our inventory. We are confident that you understand the importance of enforcing this rule and communicating it to all guests. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

We highly appreciate clients who go above and beyond with our themes! To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly request all guests to refrain from handling nail polish, makeup, or any other staining products within the tentsite area. Your cooperation will greatly help in maintaining the quality of our services.

PAYMENT METHODS
All invoices will be sent through quickbooks. We also will accept Venmo for payments. As we grow, we are exploring various payment options for clients. NOTE: Full payment must be paid 7 days prior to the scheduled party. A deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve your date.
