Home to Wabash, Indiana, Eagles Theatre was originally constructed in 1906 and entertained crowds with energetic vaudeville performances and will once again open its doors to the public in 2020 for LIVE performances and movies. Eagles Theatre recently saw a two-year renovation: a project that had transformed the 114-year-old building.
Under the direction of the Honeywell Foundation, Eagles Theatre is an operating movie theater, live performances venue, and event rental facility. The five-story renovated arts and entertainment facility features two theaters - the original 560-seat Eagles Theatre and the new 49-seat Ferguson Theatre, located in the lower-level of the building.
The top floor of Eagles Theatre houses the Parkview Ballroom, one of the more extensive features of the renovation. As one of the original rooms of the 1906 construction, the elegant event space has been restored to its former glory with hand-painted ceilings and other intricate details and features by local artisans.
Additional floors of Eagles Theatre are home to several conference rooms available for rental, music lesson and practice rooms, and media arts classrooms where students can learn audio and video production and editing.
Eagles Theatre is excited to serve Wabash residents and surrounding counties of concert fans and movie-goers! Complete with a new array of concessions stand offerings, all new facility amenities, totally-renovated spaces, and a full schedule of events, Eagles Theatre will provide a lasting legacy of entertainment in Wabash, Indiana.
