The Culinary Team at HK has been hard at work creating menus of plated dishes for each season. We call them Signature Plates. Piecing together your catered dinner plate seemed outdated to us (protein, starch, side), so just like a restaurant, we have composed our most popular entrees paired with the best seasonal sides, to make your dinner selections easy and delicious. And just like your favorite restaurants, mods are welcome!
