I’ll be honest, I’ve never done this before but I can guarantee you I will not fail." It was during that very wedding that I was offered a position with the catering company that was hired for the event. Since then, I have worn many hats in the event industry. I have started my own coordinator company, worked as a catering coordinator/ manager (on and offsite), Director of Events at EC Country club, an Event Venue Director, and Event sales.
