Remember back I January 2025 some said it was “No Big Deal” it’s just a word nothing wrong with changing 400 years of history….when an Authoritarian starts they start with something simple & somewhat insignificant & the people follow along, until we are where we are at today National Guard sent to Los Angeles & Memphis, The Federal Government takes over the Police Department in Washington DC, suing news papers, networks & getting people@fired because of someone didn’t agree with what was said…you don’t have to look too far to see that’s how Putin started & now there is no such thing as Freedom of The Press or Independent News Media….but hey it’s just a word something fueled by the hate of a Nation of people from a country with the same name…….& soon there won’t be anyone to stand up to the bully with the big mouth that has been telling us for years he hates the US Constitution & he wants to be a king, changing the White House to be adorned with gold & building grand ball rooms & spending taxpayers money to golf or stay at his lavish mansion…& they say “Well it’s just how he is……too many lies, felonies & broken campaign promises to count….but it’s just him….and to think it’s only been 9 months….

Making chicken wings “SUPA SEXI” since 2017…Because when you got 650+ wings you want them to marinate so when they hit the grill the season will come thru…in this case Lemon Pepper, BBQ & Deep Fried….Whose Hunger

A lot of times when we think about chicken wings it’s in a variety of cooking methods & types, fried, grilled, smoked…in this case we took some flats & sautéed them with clarified butter & EVOO in a cast iron skillet with Smoked Paprika & Lemon Pepper sautéed cherry tomatoes 🍅 with spinach, served with Blood Orange Margarita….whose hungry

Year 27 with of giving back to so many of our friends, family staff & strangers When someone ask you what time you gonna start cooking for Thanksgiving…I’m like….well you know I don’t like to start too early & definitely not to late……knowing in the back of my mind I started preparing 2 weeks ago….
