Hello to everyone. We will have to, unfortunately CANCEL today's event at the Farmers Market. We are experiencing mechanical problems that will we will not be able to overcome in time to attend. Hello everyone. So, we are getting ready to start the 2015 Season!! We will be out at the Virginia Beach Farmers Market on February 7th for the Food Extravaganza & Craft Show Event. We have been working hard over the last 2 months developing NEW recipes for the season. We won't have the Lobster Rolls till it warms up.BUT, we are going to have New England Clam Chowder, Mariner's Pie,and of course our Clam Fritters (Everyone seemed to LOVE THEM at the November 2014 event). So, a little about the new items:

New England Clam Chowder: Hot and hearty recipe, chock full of the clams you love along with, potatoes, onions, celery in a rich, creamy base that will warm you up on cold winter days.

Mariner's Pie: We came across this one, made it for ourselves and it is DELICIOUS!!! Ok, so think about this......Sweet Maine Lobster blended in a sherry-cream sauce along with whole kernel corn, chopped shallots, and perfectly seasoned, topped off with mashed potatoes, browned in the oven and served piping hot.....Ummmm
