We have a Large entrance foyer, 83 Ft Long x 48 Ft wide Hall that seats up to 250, large 23 ft. x 40 ft. dance floor, 18 ft. wide stage and 2 bar areas , one has a beverage cooler. 60” Round tables and chairs included.
D.J.’s welcome. Alcohol beverages allowed with proper ABC license. Outside catering or bring your own food also allowed.
Cost for Hall: $975.00
Allows up to 7 hours: 2 hours to set up and decorate, 4 hours for event and 1 hour for clean up
Limited kitchen use: Additional $100.00
Includes: Use of warmer, refrigerator and hand washing sink. No cooking or preparing of food allowed.
Terms: $250 non-refundable deposit down to hold date
50% of total rental due 30 days prior to event
Balance due 2 weeks prior to event.
