Hello family and friends, with heavy hearts we are deeply saddened by the sudden loss of one of our dear friends, Christian Peligro Orpilla. He was a loving husband and proud Father, an active member of the Filipino and Polynesian community, and a US Navy veteran. A close friend and brother to many. Kuya Crs and his wife Ate Tricia Orpilla took us in like family when we first moved to Virginia and I always looked up to them. Our words and gestures can provide comfort to get through this difficult time, but any contribution you can give to assist them with medical/funeral expenses would be much appreciated in their time of need.
Please join us in donating in any gift amount you wish on this page or to Venmo account -Orpilla

***Update as of 10/28 for In memory of CRS Orpilla
There will be a week-long Novena at the Philippine Cultural Center (PCC) beginning 10/29 til Thursday 10/31 from 12pm-2pm. Everyone is invited to attend any of these prayer days. Food and refreshments will be provided.
Wake and Funeral arrangements are currently being made and we will announce the dates, times and location to celebrate the life of Kuya Christian Peligro Orpilla. After obtaining a more accurate cost of funeral expenses today with the funeral home, the expenses exceeded the initial goal and has been increased to $16,000 per Ate Tricia Orpilla. Your compassionate generosity has helped us raise more than half that amount! The Orpilla and Pangilinan family would like to extend their deepest gratitude for the support from everyone that has donated thus far. Maraming Salamat sa inyo lahat!
