Step into Virginia Beach’s “Big Easy” at Sweetwater Cuisine, as we kick it up and “witness what happens when a long standing bluegrass group embraces their melting pot of ‘roots music’ influences, expands into electric band, and works its magic on songs across all genres. Jackass Flats will rev up the night with an astonishing array of party classics from traditional Bluegrass, Country, Pop, Rock, Soul, R&B, and beyond. Expect a repertoire that runs the gamut from Johnnie Cash to The Beatles, Willie Nelson to Prince, Smokey Robinson to The Rolling Stones, all delivered with warm southern charm and infections energy.”
Close your eyes and envision yourself down in the French Quarter sipping on a variety of classic New Orleans cocktails, such as a Hurricane or a Ramos Gin Fizz or even a Bayou Bash.

The Event Professionals at the Wayside Village Shoppes are always working hard and it shows! This year when the Virginia Living Magazine "Best of Virginia" awards came out our villagers were named some of the best in Virginia and we couldn't be more proud! Sweetwater Cuisine, Antonia Christianson Events and even Daniel's Grace took honors! Thank you to everyone that continues to support us!

Our entire "Village" came out to share in their excitement and we could not be more proud! Congrats!
