HAPPY TUESDAY, 10/14! 🧟♀️ Sign up for “80s Ladies: ‘Thriller’ Edition!” this Friday, 10/17 from 6pm-8pm. Join Panther for this special 2-hour class -- we’re learning the ultimate throwback choreography: Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” — step by iconic step.

🎃 Perfect for whipping out at parties, Halloween events, or just because you're that girl.
👻 No experience needed — just come ready to have fun, sweat a little, and live your 80s fantasy – let’s learn one of the most legendary dances of all time.

FOR TODAY…
IN THE FITNESS ROOM:
- 6pm with Rio👑: HO-DOWN: This creative cardio class will make you a fan of country music if you aren’t already! It’s less twang and more bang as you sweat it out with these fun and sexy dance moves. Yoga mat. Boots or tennis shoes.
- 7:15pm with Rio👑: OH SPLIT!: This class is designed to get you limber and increase your flexibility with the goal of getting into the splits in all three directions. Flexibility is so important for women, especially because it can help protect us from injury as we age. Yoga mat and resistance band. Barefoot or socks.
IN THE POLE ROOM:
- 6pm with Benji💚: POLES 1: This beginner level pole class is your basic foundation and technique class. You'll learn a variety of spins as well as seductive movements on and off the floor for transitions. Heels or barefoot. Yoga mat or kneepads optional.
- 7:15pm with Benji💚: POLE-OGRAPHY: (Open to Poles 1 level and above.) This class teaches you how to connect many of the pole spins, transitions, floor work, and sometimes pole tricks to create a cool, choreographed routine. Recommended: Students should have taken at least a few Poles Level 1 classes. Heels or barefoot; KNEEPADS are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

💲💲 REMINDER: Cancellation fees will apply whether or not the class is full. You must cancel via MindBody by 9am Monday thru Friday the day of your evening Pole or Fitness class, and by 9pm the night before any weekday Morning or Saturday class, or you will be charged the $15-$25 fee. This applies to ALL Members and Non-Members. This allows girls on Waitlists the opportunity to attend in your place. Please alert us ASAP to cancel if you are feeling ill. Taking photos/videos during class is NOT allowed without permission of Instructor or Manager. Thank You!
