IN THE FITNESS ROOM:
- 6pm – 7:30pm with Rio👑: HO-DOWN THROWDOWN: This creative cardio class will make you a fan of country music if you aren’t already! It’s less twang and more bang as you sweat it out with these fun and sexy dance moves. Yoga mat. Boots or tennis shoes.

IN THE POLE ROOM:
- 6pm with Genie🧞‍♀️: POLE CONTROL: An all-level workout-based Pole class. Build endurance and tolerance for poles with this strength training and conditioning workout. Shorts, barefoot or socks; Yoga Mat.

- 7:15pm with Genie🧞‍♀️: POLE PLAY: This is Open Pole Practice with an Instructor present for guidance, support, and spotting. You should have taken at least a Poles Level 1 class so you have something to work on. Barefoot or heels; shorts and top; knee pads/knee sleeves optional.

- 11:15am with Amethyst💅🏾: BABY GOT BACK: A 30-minute workout sculpting your glutes and quads with precision and flair, this intense, high-energy class will lift, tone, and redefine your lower body. Come join us and make those curves irresistible! Tennis shoes or barefoot. Yoga mat.

- 11:45am with Amethyst💅🏾: ABSOLUTELY COREGEOUS: This 30-minute workout is designed to strengthen your CORE. All fitness levels are welcome to join the fun! You will be guided through varied movements to help you build strength and endurance in your abdominal, oblique, and lower back muscles. The upbeat energy will keep you engaged and motivated as you move to the music! Yoga mat, hand weights, and resistance bands. Feel free to bring your own or borrow ours; Tennis shoes or barefoot.

- 10am with Exotica🦄: POLES 1: This beginner level pole class is your basic foundation and technique class. You'll learn a variety of spins as well as seductive movements on and off the floor for transitions. Heels or barefoot. Yoga mat or kneepads optional.

- 11:15am with Siren🧜‍♀️: POLE SEDUCTION: This class teaches all the moves you need for smooth and sexy transitions around the pole, and from the pole to the floor and back again. This is a beginner-friendly class because seduction looks good on everyone! Barefoot or heels; pads/knee sleeves recommended.

- 12:30pm with Siren🧜‍♀️: INVERSION: This class REQUIRES Instructor approval to advance from Poles 2. Learn how to safely live life upside down as you learn hip-holds, leg hangs, shoulder mounts, forearm holds and much more. Yoga mat.

Due to its structure and complexity you MUST STAY for the ENTIRE SESSION which may last UP TO 2 HOURS. If you cannot stay the whole time, please do not sign-up.**
You MUST be comfortable in your "side splits" WITHOUT the assistance of yoga blocks (hands-only support), and must have taken multiple "Oh Split! - Level 1" classes. This class is designed to help you progress deeper into all three-ways of splits, or to even begin your journey into negative split positions. Barefoot/socks; workout clothes.

- 8:30pm with Skittles🌈: POLE TWERK: This all-level friendly class is exactly what it sounds like. Learn how to pop, shake, jiggle, isolate, clap and more in this twerk class. Incorporation of the pole will be dependent on your level. Bring yoga mat and knee pads. Barefoot.

- 10am – 12pm with Sugar🍭 and Amethyst💅🏾: STRIP HOP/TOUGH AS NAILS MASHUP: The best of both worlds! In this class, you will sweat it out to a fun and sexy cardio hip-hop dance session tag-teamed with targeted toning that will have you breaking a sweat (but not your nails!) Tennis shoes or barefoot; yoga mat.

- 10am with Cherry🍒: POLES 1: This beginner level pole class is your basic foundation and technique class. You'll learn a variety of spins as well as seductive movements on and off the floor for transitions. Heels or barefoot. Yoga mat or kneepads optional.

- 11:15am with Cherry🍒: POLES 2: This class REQUIRES Instructor approval to advance from Poles 1. This advanced beginner class will focus more on combination spins with moves you learned in Poles 1. You'll also learn advanced grip spins, a variety of climbs, sits, and poses. Barefoot or heels; yoga mat and/or kneepads optional.

- 12:30pm with Cherry🍒: INTRO TO INVERSION: ***No inverting experience is necessary but INSTRUCTOR APPROVAL is REQUIRED. Students must have taken Poles 1 and Poles 2 classes before advancing to any Inversion class.** Are you ready to move on from Poles 2 to Inversion but are a little nervous or scared? No need to fear! Your Instructor will teach you to safely and confidently live life upside down. This class will feature beginner Inversion moves such as forearm stands and handstands, laybacks, basic inverts transitioning from Jasmine and Genie, as well as more advanced Poles 2 combos. Barefoot or heels; yoga mat.

- 6pm with Panther😻: POLES 1: This beginner level pole class is your basic foundation and technique class. You'll learn a variety of spins as well as seductive movements on and off the floor for transitions. Heels or barefoot. Yoga mat or kneepads optional.

- 7:15pm with Panther😻: POLE-OGRAPHY: (Open to Poles 1 level and above.) This class teaches you how to connect many of the pole spins, transitions, floor work, and sometimes pole tricks to create a cool, choreographed routine. Recommended: Students should have taken at least a few Poles Level 1 classes. Heels or barefoot; KNEEPADS are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

You must cancel via MindBody by 9am Monday thru Friday the day of your evening Pole or Fitness class, and by 9pm the night before any weekday Morning or Saturday class, or you will be charged the $15-$25 fee. IN THE FITNESS ROOM:
- 11:15am with Panther😻: OH SPLIT!: This class is designed to get you limber and increase your flexibility with the goal of getting into the splits in all three directions. Flexibility is so important for women, especially because it can help protect us from injury as we age. Yoga mat and resistance band. Barefoot or socks. ❗️MORNING CLASSES are LOCK-INS. Please arrive by 5 min. before class begins.❗️

- 6pm with Slayer💀: OUTSIDE THE BOX: This high-energy cardio class is a fun mix of Latin dance moves and kickboxing and is designed to hit every part of your body and make you sweat. Yoga mat; tennis shoes.

- 7:15pm with Slayer💀: HARD A$$: This thirty-minute class is an a$$-kicking b***y workout set to hard rock music. Yoga mat, b***y band. Tennis shoes or barefoot.

IN THE POLE ROOM:
- 10am with Panther😻: POLE CONTROL: An all-level workout-based Pole class. Build endurance and tolerance for poles with this strength training and conditioning workout. Shorts, barefoot, or socks; Yoga Mat. ❗️MORNING CLASSES are LOCK-INS. Please arrive by 5 min. before class begins.❗️

- 6pm with Genie🧞‍♀️: BENDI BACK (All Levels): Designed for dancers and fitness enthusiasts alike, this class builds flexibility, strength, and agility for the upper body. Through a series of targeted exercises and active stretches, we’ll work on opening up your shoulders, improving backbends, and increasing overall mobility from hips to neck. Feel the connection as you engage in complementary full body stretches that enhance your overall grace and fluidity. Barefoot, socks; leggings/shorts and top; yoga mat.

- 7:15pm with Genie🧞‍♀️: INVERSION: This class REQUIRES Instructor approval to advance from Poles 2. Learn how to safely live life upside down as you learn hip-holds, leg hangs, shoulder mounts, forearm holds and much more. Yoga mat.
