HAPPY TUESDAY, 10/14! 🧟‍♀️ Sign up for “80s Ladies: ‘Thriller’ Edition!” this Friday, 10/17 from 6pm-8pm. Join Panther for this special 2-hour class -- we’re learning the ultimate throwback choreography: Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” — step by iconic step.
🧟‍♀️ Dress up if you want — zombies welcome (sexy or spooky, we love both).
🎃 Perfect for whipping out at parties, Halloween events, or just because you're that girl.

IN THE FITNESS ROOM:
- 6pm with Rio👑: HO-DOWN: This creative cardio class will make you a fan of country music if you aren’t already! It’s less twang and more bang as you sweat it out with these fun and sexy dance moves. Yoga mat. Boots or tennis shoes.

- 7:15pm with Rio👑: OH SPLIT!: This class is designed to get you limber and increase your flexibility with the goal of getting into the splits in all three directions. Flexibility is so important for women, especially because it can help protect us from injury as we age. Yoga mat and resistance band. Barefoot or socks.

IN THE POLE ROOM:
- 6pm with Benji💚: POLES 1: This beginner level pole class is your basic foundation and technique class. You'll learn a variety of spins as well as seductive movements on and off the floor for transitions. Heels or barefoot. Yoga mat or kneepads optional.

- 7:15pm with Benji💚: POLE-OGRAPHY: (Open to Poles 1 level and above.) This class teaches you how to connect many of the pole spins, transitions, floor work, and sometimes pole tricks to create a cool, choreographed routine. Recommended: Students should have taken at least a few Poles Level 1 classes. Heels or barefoot; KNEEPADS are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

- 6pm with Panther😻: HOT SEAT: This chair dancing class is a mix of grace, choreography, stamina, and strength training, along with a basic intro to chair acrobatics. Find countless ways to use a chair and floor for looking sexy and getting fit, while learning how to put different moves together to improve your freestyle chair dance skills! Leggings are always best for chairs. Yoga mat. Barefoot, socks with grip pads, or have your heels handy.

- 7:15pm with Panther😻: SITTIN' SEXY: **SONG for TODAY: "You Put a Spell on Me" by Ausin Giorgio** This chair dance class focuses on sharpening your choreography skills, as well as learning a sexy routine that you can take home and share with someone special! Leggings are always best for chairs. Yoga mat or knee pads. Barefoot, or have your heels handy. **COSTUMES WELCOME: Come in whatever makes you feel your most sultry, witchy, sexy powerful self. (No glitter or boas please, -- they’re too messy for the cauldron.)

- 8:30pm with Panther😻: BLURRED LINES: This is where hip-hop and country line dancing meet. You learn actual club line dances in this class, but it’s so much fun dancing with your girlfriends that you forget you’re also working out! Boots or tennis shoes.

IN THE POLE ROOM:
- 6pm with Genie🧞‍♀️: BENDI BACK (All Levels): Designed for dancers and fitness enthusiasts alike, this class builds flexibility, strength, and agility for the upper body. Through a series of targeted exercises and active stretches, we’ll work on opening up your shoulders, improving backbends, and increasing overall mobility from hips to neck. Feel the connection as you engage in complementary full body stretches that enhance your overall grace and fluidity. Barefoot, socks; leggings/shorts and top; yoga mat.

- 7:15pm with Genie🧞‍♀️: INVERSION: This class REQUIRES Instructor approval to advance from Poles 2. Learn how to safely live life upside down as you learn hip-holds, leg hangs, shoulder mounts, forearm holds and much more. Yoga mat.

- 8:30pm: OPEN POLES: The Pole Room is open to anyone who wants to come in and play. PLEASE NOTE, there are NO Instructors supervising this class. Each student is responsible for practicing pole maneuvers within safe limits. (This is still a paid class with limited spots, so reservations are encouraged.). Barefoot or heels.

Still recovering (in the best way) from our Spooky Blurred Lines Dance Party last Friday! 🪩👻

Some of our HotGirls showed up in costume, we learned new line dances, and — fun fact — discovered that the moves for “Austin” fit perfectly to the Ghostbusters theme song! 💀🔥

We laughed, danced, and partied the night away with the best people ever.💕 Huge thank you to all the gorgeous ghouls who joined us, brought 🧁🍕snacky snacks, drinky drinks🥤🍾, and kept the vibe so fun all night long. You made it another unforgettable HotGirl night. 🖤🧡

- 7:15pm with Amethyst💅🏾: ABSOLUTELY COREGEOUS: This 30-minute workout is designed to strengthen your CORE. All fitness levels are welcome to join the fun! You will be guided through varied movements to help you build strength and endurance in your abdominal, oblique, and lower back muscles. IN THE POLE ROOM:
- 10am with Sugar🍭: POLES 1: This beginner level pole class is your basic foundation and technique class. You'll learn a variety of spins as well as seductive movements on and off the floor for transitions. Heels or barefoot. Yoga mat or kneepads optional. ❗️MORNING CLASSES are LOCK-INS. Please arrive by 5 min. before class begins.❗️

- 6pm with Malibu🏝: POLES 1: This beginner level pole class is your basic foundation and technique class. You'll learn a variety of spins as well as seductive movements on and off the floor for transitions. Heels or barefoot. Yoga mat or kneepads optional.

- 7:15pm with Malibu🏝: POLES 2: This class REQUIRES Instructor approval to advance from Poles 1. This advanced beginner class will focus more on combination spins with moves you learned in Poles 1. You'll also learn advanced grip spins, a variety of climbs, sits, and poses. Barefoot or heels; yoga mat and/or kneepads optional.

- 8:30pm: OPEN POLES: The Pole Room is open to anyone who wants to come in and play. PLEASE NOTE, there are NO Instructors supervising this class. Each student is responsible for practicing pole maneuvers within safe limits. (This is still a paid class with limited spots, so reservations are encouraged.). Barefoot or heels.

HAPPY TUESDAY, 10/07! 🤠👢 BLURRED LINES “SPOOKY” DANCE PARTY!👻🥳 THIS Friday, 10/10 from 6pm – 8pm: It’s spooky season—it’s line dancing—it’s the perfect excuse to DRESS UP! Whether you just pull on your leggings and sneakers or go all out as a vampire-cowgirl, we’re here for it! In this 2 HOUR CLASS, spend the first half learning the steps to many popular Country and Hip-Hop Line Dances, then test your fancy footwork on the Club Rio dance floor. This is a great opportunity to invite your friends (women only, ages 18+) to check-out your Happy Place while dancing the night away in a fun and safe environment! It’s definitely a PARTY so please bring a snack or beverage to share with your favorite HotGirls!

- 6:15pm with Skittles🌈: POLE TWERK: This all-level friendly class is exactly what it sounds like. Learn how to pop, shake, jiggle, isolate, clap and more in this twerk class. Incorporation of the pole will be dependent on your level. Bring yoga mat and knee pads. Barefoot.

- 7:30pm with Skittles🌈: POLE SEDUCTION: This class teaches all the moves you need for smooth and sexy transitions around the pole, and from the pole to the floor and back again. This is a beginner-friendly class because seduction looks good on everyone! Barefoot or heels; pads/knee sleeves recommended.
