Words of affirmation are meaningful and I had the best authentic compliment recently from a whole bunch of teens and young college students — many who were at the Governor’s School for the Arts or very experienced in performing arts… I recently was invited to be a second video and photographer for a local musical. Many of the photos and video I captured were shared with the cast and crew. When directors sent out “official” keepsakes however, it was by another (contracted), and overwhelmingly the cast members started writing to directors asking if they could *please* instead have “the video and photos Mrs. Frisbie took.” 🥰🥰

I don’t have many talents, but this is one area I’ve grown confident in - capturing the very best photos and video possible of a performance that the space and lighting allows, in a nonchalant and 100% inobtrusive way; and doing so as a gift for families of children in our area. If you have a performing arts need, or just feel like having a “second” photographer to capture some extra images and make sure each and every cast member feels included and seen and special, please drop me a note. 💖📸 (no flash will ever be used - and with the equipment I utilize, there is also never so much as a whisper of a sound!)

Musical goodness from this young man who has my heart, and so many of his talented peers! Friday evening, 8pm, Greenbrier Church (be sure to get your seats ahead of time via StoneBridge Drama) 🎶🎶

StoneBridge Drama’s Summer Cabarets are back! Our first two were incredible and the second one is coming up TOMORROW (July 18th) at Greenbrier Church!

Juneau will be one of our performers! He is one of StoneBridge Drama’s Summer Theatre Campers and has appeared in appeared in many of other shows like “Murder on the Orient Express,” “And Then There Were None,” and “Our Town” at HSP, as well as a long list of TADA shows. Recently he also played Caldwell B. Cladwell in Spotlight Productions’ “Urinetown.”

Come enjoy an evening of live music and desserts! Performers include StoneBridge Drama alumni, students, and Summer Theatre Camp students and alumni - we can’t wait!

My adventures in photographic artistry began at the age of 6 when my father handed me his old 35mm camera, filled with a fresh roll of film, and we set out on a walk together across the family farm in Wisconsin. Through the field and woods where he grew up during the 1950s, my dad passed down his eye for capturing authentic moments in the world around us. Enamored from that first shutter snap, I have been shooting in multiple formats since.

​Today, you'll find my lens at a variety of large venue events, as well as volunteering for local churches, schools, community projects, and nonprofit humanitarian ventures. I have photographed local families, groups, and celebrities alike (Pink, Josh Groban, Neil Diamond, Elton John, Keith Urban, For King & Country, Zach Williams, Kari Jobi, Natalie Grant, Melissa Etheridge, Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, Toby Keith, Brad Paisley, and more).

Working with mothers and their babies is my number one love, with a speciality for capturing pregnancy, breastfeeding, babywearing, and other sacred mother/baby moments. I occasionally take on military reenlistments, retirements, change of command, christenings, commissionings, and homecomings, as well as weddings, births, senior and graduation photos, birthday celebrations, milestones, and other commemorative events. In addition, I’ve been entrusted to respectfully photograph funerals and celebration of life events. I am skilled at humbly working from the sidelines when necessary, without interfering in a hallowed event, to capture moments for families from a distance.

For the majority of my work I prefer to utilize exclusive natural light photography. See you in the sunshine!
