๐Ÿ’Ž In celebration of our 75th Diamond Anniversary, weโ€™d like to take time to highlight the hardworking family members behind our locally owned and operated family business!

Meet Ernie, our wise-cracking motorcycle-riding delivery driver! Ernieโ€™s dad- Ernie Sr., along with his wife Barbara, bought Virginia Beach Florist in 1973. After retiring from 37 years working at Norfolk Southern, Ernie joined the VBF team as a delivery driver. ๐Ÿš

โ€œIt is so satisfying to see people smile when I hand them their flowers. It makes it worth while!โ€ he says. ๐Ÿ’

We love having Ernie around the shop in between his routes- he always brightens any room with his โ€œmama saidโ€ jokes and laughter! ๐Ÿ˜†
