Open at 6:30am with our loaded brisket burritos.
Hashbrowns with onions and peppers, egg, cheese and smoked brisket.
$6.00 ea.

Meal prep special.

We have 2 meal prep offerings for pickup Monday the 26th between 5-6pm.

#1- Our smoked meatloaf with mashed potatoes and herbed corn.
$12.00 per meal

#2- sweet and spicy smoked pork tenderloin medallions with seasoned mixed vegetables.
$13.00 per meal

If you would like to order please call the restaurant @ 309-596-2220 and leave your order and a confirmation call will be made back.

Ordering cutoff Saturday @ 1pm.

Long time no post.
Tomorrow morning on Thursday opening at 6:30am we will have our #1 requested breakfast item available for pickup!
Biscuits and sausage gravy!!!

We will be open until sold out.

“In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity “

Bone collection BBQ has made incredibly tough decision to temporarily close the restaurant portion of BCBBQ & Catering.
We are looking at possibly expanding the menu and hours.
We would like to thank all of our customers and the incredible friendships that we have formed
You all are the reasons we are looking at opportunities to continue and grow this venture.
This in NO WAY affects BCBBQ’s catering or meal prep side of the business, that is business as usual and we will continue to grow those avenues.
In the near future we will start our family meal night for pickup, which was so successful in the past.
If you have a request or need food for your gathering, be it sides, pounds of meat, racks of ribs or any special requests please call the restaurant @ 309-596-2220 and leave a message.
We will still have popup specials for breakfast and dining.

We will not be open for lunch today on Friday due to catering prep.

We will be open for supper at 4:30 with a full menu, loaded taters and cherry smoked pork steaks with herbed corn and au gratin potatoes.

Open at 4:30 and having our charbroiled burgers as special tonight.

FRIDAY LUNCH NOTICE.

Thank you all for a great Thursday night!
With that being said, you ate us out of our main meats. Bbq takes time and we will not be open for lunch today on Friday.
We will be open for supper, special will be posted shortly.

Thursday night supper.
Open at 4:30 with a full menu along with our loaded taters and a special of a Philly style ribeye cheesesteak hoagie, comes with your choice of a side.
We will also have our bbq parfait!!!
Layers of mashed potatoes, beans, pulled pork and topped off with a drizzle of our sauce.
