Our 1st Adult Barre exercise class @ 6:25 went well tonight.
This Friday @ 5:30 is our 1st
Adult Stretch & Condition class.
Our kids Thurs @ 2:50 Tumbling class will NOT open this week as the wrong mats were delivered, but will open next week, ages 3-7.

Starting Sept for Adults & Teens:
Tues 9/2 @ 7p 4wks of Waltz $45
Thurs 9/4 @ 7p 4wks of Salsa $45
No partner or experience needed.
THEN Sat 9/6 Social Dance Party.
It's fun & beginner friendly.
It starts with a lesson then open dancing, dance mixers & refreshments. From 7-9p $12 p/p
No partner or experience needed.

In the last few months what with my relocation back to AR and the studio build out I have gained about 12-15 pounds because I am consuming too much sugar (stress eating) and I have had less time to dance!
I hope what with teaching my Ballroom classes, my Latin Dance Exercise and Line Dance classes as well as joining the new Barre & Conditioning classes I will drop those pounds soon.
If you want to lose some weight, gain some strength and flexibility, as well as have a great time than I hope you will join us soon.
If I can do it at 71 you can too!

WOW! The 1st week of dance has been a whirlwind of new and familiar faces.
So many smiles, so much laughter and learning, even a few tears as a few young dancers were gently encouraged to let go of mom and join their class.

Before I share the Super Saturday line up of classes, I want to let you know that during the month of August I am not charging a registration fee as part of our Back-2-School promotion!

I am also not charging if only 1 student shows up to take a class because I want to first ensure that the class will remain open or that there will be a similar class that will work for your schedule.
