Today I had the privilege of being a part of Amber’s journey. Recently, Amber was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer and yesterday she had her first round of chemo. Due to her chemo, Amber decided to have her head shaved and her friend did as well as a show of solidarity. It was a surprisingly joyful event and more of a celebrate of life than anything.
