We're BAACCKK!!!! We took a little breather to re-group, and we have a VERY special wedding to come back into the game. Not only is our bride an amazing, hard working, producer for Oprah's Super Soul Sunday, she is the best friend I have ever had since we met in Kindergarten. The best days of my childhood were spent with Linds, and for me to be a part of her wedding means more to me than ANYTHING. We spent every Halloween together, coordinating our costumes, alternating our neighborhoods from year to year, we were legit. My favorite will ALWAYS be when we dressed up as Kathy Lee Gifford and a sweat shop worker. Unfortunately, a lot of SAHM's at the time didn't find it funny 🤷🏻♀️ Whatever, we KILLED it with my TJ Maxx gold and black gown and Lindsay's dad's leftover shirts and flannels. Since day one, we were obsessed with the Miss America pageant and to this day, we would legit be the best judges ever. For real, who is in charge of that? Hook us up. Also, when I'm talking obsessed, I mean Lindsay quoted Miss America 1996, Shawntel Smith in her 8th grade yearbook inscription to me. Let's not even get into our obsession with Rent and sneaking to Hot Topic to get pleather plants and white tank tops like our idol, Mimi. The fact of the matter is, God blessed me with this girl and I am honored to be a small part of the best day of her life. Please help me in congratulating my ride or die, a Miss America pageant historian, but most of all my incredible friend, Lindsay.
