Thank you to everyone who came out to the truck this week! We truly appreciate all of your support.

Just a heads up: we will not be out today or tomorrow because we’ll be working a special event on Friday.

We also will not be running the truck next week, but we’ll be back out and serving you all again the week of September 1st!

We want to give a special THANK YOU to all of our new friends in Avery County! We had an amazing time at the Hemlock Food Truck Park at Hemlock Homes Furniture Store, and we can’t wait to start seeing all of our Avery County friends every Wednesday!

Due to a small delivery error, we will not be serving food today as originally planned. We apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

The good news is we’ll be back tomorrow! Join us at the Vilas Dollar General beginning at 4:00 PM for all your Boone Mountain BBQ favorites. Let us take care of Friday night’s dinner with the best BBQ in the High Country!

🔥 Y'ALL, THE BIG YELLOW TRUCK IS ROLLING TODAY (and this week)! 🔥

Whether you've been with us since day one or you're just now hearing about us, come on and taste what you've been missing!

We're smoking it all: brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and chicken, piled up next to our homemade slaw and baked beans. Comfort food, cooked with love, made to fill you up.

TODAY (Tuesday): Boone Walmart parking lot, 11am till we sell out

Thursday: Same spot, Boone Walmart, 11am till we sell out

Friday: Vilas Dollar General, 4pm

And hey, we're not just here for the food. Pull up, grab a plate, and if you need an ear to listen or a prayer said for you, we've got that too. That's just how we do things around here.
