Texas Stage & Event Rentals is looking for dependable people to join our team at our Vidor location!

No event production experience? That’s okay — WE WILL TRAIN YOU!

This is a great opportunity to learn the event production industry and become part of a fun, hardworking team that makes events happen! From concerts and festivals to corporate events and community celebrations, our crew works behind the scenes to bring it all together.

🔧 What you’ll be doing:
• Loading trucks & pulling gear
• Washing & cleaning trucks
• Cutting grass & helping maintain the property
• Cleaning, maintaining & learning AV/event equipment
• Helping keep the warehouse organized and ready for the next event

⏰ Monday–Friday | 9 AM–5 PM
💰 $10–$15/hour depending on experience

We’re looking for people who are dependable, willing to work, willing to learn, and ready to be part of a team.

There are opportunities to learn new skills and grow with our company as you gain experience.

📣 WE’RE HIRING — OFFICE & SALES ASSISTANT

Texas Stage and Event Rentals is looking for a dependable, organized, and outgoing person to join our team in Vidor, TX.

This position will help with the day-to-day office operations while also assisting with sales and social media.

Responsibilities include:

- Answering phones and assisting customers
- Helping with quotes, scheduling, and sales follow-ups
- Sending emails and making outbound calls to generate new sales leads
- Following up with current and past customers
- Managing our social media pages, including creating posts and responding to messages
- General office duties and keeping the office clean and organized
- Assisting the team wherever needed

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, comfortable talking on the phone, and motivated to help grow the business.

Sales, customer service, office, or social media experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
