Our Story

When Monroe and I moved to Vidalia a few years ago, I immediately fell in love with the location of Rocky Creek Golf Course. I was mesmerized by the beauty of the natural environment surrounding Rocky Creek Lodge. I could just feel the potential of the building and location. As I stood in the foyer, I imagined transforming Rocky Creek Lodge into a beautiful place for citizens of Vidalia and all surrounding areas to enjoy.

Monroe and I want anyone that rents Rocky Creek Lodge (or attends an event at RCL) to have a wonderful time and enjoy the moment! We only have one life to live; and, we hope to be able to help make the best memories with family and friends.

Our main goal for Rocky Creek Lodge is to have a warm and inviting event venue at an affordable price. We want to be able to accommodate all types of events, weddings, business events, family reunions, etc. We feel that Rocky Creek Lodge is an extension of our home and our hope is that you will feel welcome and enjoy your time with us.
