This area downstairs holds max 200, 150 with a dance floor. Round 60in tables @ 8 chairs per table will be provided. All byos (stuff) … catering, decorations, linens, bartenders, etc. There is a cooler and ice machine plus 4 sinks behind the bar. Absolutely NO ICE CHEST allowed on the wood floors, however kegs are allowed behind the bar. Ice chest are allowed in the kitchen area or the patio only. If you have alcohol you will provide security per contract. The entire downstairs includes main bar area, billiards room, Elise room, kitchen, enclosed patio, back hallway area, stairs and stairs foyer with long chandelier for pictures. Our day rental is from 10am-1a or we also have an hourly rate. Message us or call for rates, to make an appointment to view the venue or if you should have any other questions.

We have now added hourly rates for the Main area downstairs 🎉🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 minimum 4hrs and max 8hrs holds 200 max and also comes with tables and chairs, a full kitchen and enclosed outdoor patio 😃
