💔 Second-to-last day in town…

It’s hard to believe we’re here.

Tomorrow will be our last normal day serving y’all from the trailer, and we can’t put into words how much this community has meant to us over the last 3 years.

From the lunch rushes to the sold-out days, from familiar faces becoming friends to all the support you’ve shown us through every season… thank you. Y’all helped make this little food trailer something truly special.

🚨 Reminder: We’ll have one final hoorah at the Victoria Fireworks Celebration next Saturday! If you can’t make it today or tomorrow, come see us one last time, grab your favorite BBQ, and help us send this chapter off the right way.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for every meal you bought, every post you shared, and every friend you sent our way. We couldn’t have done it without you.

Our food trailer if for sale….. We can sell it a few different ways. It is currently working and operating 5 days a week but we will be shutting down soon. We can sell to you as a turnkey Business with our recipes, etc attached and you take it and run with it with some training. Or you can take it and do as you please. It’s been an amazing trailer to us but it’s time we move on. $40,000 trailer as it sits all equipment included. If interested in it turkey as a business DM us.

FOOD TRUCK UPDATE 🚚

Our last day serving outside The Chopping Block Victoria meat market will be June 27.

Don’t worry—the food truck isn’t done yet! We’ll still be serving at Victoria’s 4th of July celebration, and we’re working on plans for what’s next and searching for a spot with water and sewer are a must. Power is optional if anyone knows of anything.

While we don’t have all the details finalized just yet, we’re excited about the opportunities ahead and can’t wait to share more when the time is right.

For now, come see us before June 27, and we’ll see you on the 4th!

Big 1/2 # fresh ground brisket burgers rolled however you want them 🤤 Smoked to a perfect medium internal temp, then seared off on the flat top for that perfect finish. Served up with our house-made hand cut fries cooked in beef tallow 🔥🍟

This is not your average burger stop, y’all… this is full blown Texas burger therapy. Come hungry.
