If you're new here-or if you've been with us for a while-we thought it was time to properly reintroduce ourselves!

We're Derek & Ilyana Lugaro, the owners of Foamed Up and also our sister company Gel'd Up Mobile Gel Ball Service. What started as a 2021 COVID lockdown idea has grown into something we're incredibly proud to call our own. Throughout the years our community has really shown love not just in Victoria but in our surrounding areas as well and we couldn’t be more grateful!

For us, this business is about more than just foam parties, It's about the smiles we get to see every time we do a job, the JOY and EXCITEMENT that comes along with every birthday party/special event. This is something that has truly not just brought happiness and joy to each of our customers but to US as well.

We're so grateful for every customer, share, recommendation, and bit of support you've given us along the way. Whether you've been here since day one or just found us, thank you for being part of our story!

Splashway Waterpark & Campground had us busy this summer! What a blessing!

Who went to Splashway this summer?! Keep your eyes open for when we are there next! Should we give some tickets away for 2026-27? 👀
