Been in business since March 2012. Never had no shows until the last couple months. New policy: if you are a No Show you will not be back. I mark it by your contact info. I’m very busy and others want the space. Be considerate. Two week notice if you need to cancel and or obvious reasons why one would need to cancel. I am very easy to work with and I will not be taken advantage of. Thank you.

Reminder for holidays and always. If you schedule an event and fail to cancel or postpone with at least two weeks' notice, you will not be rescheduled. I am very busy and your lack of consideration impacts others' events. Thank you.

Coming upon 10 years of being here in Versailles March 3rd❤️❤️.

It has worked - simply because we work with the Community and an individual. I’m positive of that.

Couple reminders:

Cash is best. No Venmo or credit cards;

Payment must be made before you get into the building;

No entry the night before a scheduled event;

No outside inflatables, bulls, animals, tents inside or out;

No building any structure inside the building;

No grilling or any cooking will be done inside;

No metallic dots decorations; no glitter; Paper is fine;

80 People is the maximum allowed;

We book months out. This has been consistent for 10 years. Example: If you need May you should book now;

You are Expected to leave the event place the way you find it!

Going on 10 years of service to the community. I have never asked for a deposit nor cleaning fee. Thanks to the nastiness from last two weekends things are changing. Deposit $100 towards fee and $100 nonrefundable cleaning fee. I will not ask anyone to clean after your nastiness. You know who you are. I really hate a few have caused this to happen. Believe me - no one wants to see pictures. I have them. Thank you.

We take great pride in our Youth. Many times we are able to offer and pay scholarships to allow a child to play youth sports. We also donate our facility to allow Parties to kids that would normally not be privy to a Celebration. Thank you to our gracious Community of Versailles.
