Event Update: Please Read Before Attending

We’re so grateful for the outpouring of love and support as we prepare for this next chapter. Here are some important updates and reminders for our upcoming event:
*Yes, this event does include bridal gown samples.
*No, this event does not include store furnishings.
*We are not accepting personal appointments prior to the event unless you have already shopped with us and are returning to say “yes” to your gown.
*The store will officially close to all appointments (except bridal gown pickups) after our Thursday night event.

A few important notes to help us make this event smooth and enjoyable for everyone:
*We are a small shop with only 4 fitting rooms, so space is limited.
* Please limit your shopping group to yourself and 1–2 guests.
* We will be limiting gown try-ons to 1–2 gowns at a time to allow all interested shoppers a chance to browse and try on.

A Bittersweet Goodbye from Antoinette ♡

Antoinette has been a place where brides have come to fall in love, be uplifted, and be inspired by God’s grace. Over the past seven years, it’s become more than just a bridal shop—it’s been a safe haven, a sacred space, and a leap of faith I’m so proud I took.

But now, it’s time for Antoinette to say farewell.
For the past year and a half, I’ve felt God gently calling me back to a slower lifestyle—one rooted in healing, peace, and more intentional time with my family. As my boys grow up far too quickly, I’ve realized I can no longer watch them live life under the same roof without me being fully present.

Running a small business is incredibly rewarding, but it’s also incredibly consuming. It’s not a 9-to-5—it’s a 24/7 labor of love when your heart and soul are poured into every detail. And while this year has been our most successful yet—full of beautiful brides and financial growth—success doesn’t always mean continuation. God has reminded me that obedience sometimes looks like stepping away, even when everything is thriving.

I know this may feel like the end of an era, especially for modest bridal options in our area. But I truly believe God will do more through this closing than I could have done by staying open. I have faith that I’ll dress even more brides in new and unexpected ways.

So what’s next?�
I’m not entirely sure yet—and I’m okay with that. I’m taking a moment to breathe, to rest, and to listen. One beautiful opportunity that has already come my way is working with Barbie Anne Bridal, where I’ve started to serve on the side since March. I’m excited to step deeper into that role and help bring more modest bridal options to the Midwest. I’ll also be continuing as the High School Youth Ministry Leader at our church for a second year—something that brings me so much joy and purpose.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping make Antoinette a dream come true. It’s been an incredible journey filled with joy, challenge, growth, and grace. I’ve learned so much through running this little gem, and it would not have been what it was without your love and support.

A special thank you to every bride who trusted me with your “Yes” and your most sacred moments—I will never take that for granted.

Antoinette is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented shop assistant to help with weekday and weekend operations.

Responsibilities include:
-Steaming gowns
-Tagging attire
-Customer greeting
-Assisting with customer appointments
-General shop upkeep

Availability: Wednesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays
*once trained, hours may be adjustable to your preference.
Min. wage / 5-10 hrs a week
